Wild Swimming - Kailpot Adventure, Ullswater

Family Open Water Swimming

Session: 2 hours total time (including boat trip and two swims)

Minimum age: 10 years old (must be with an adult)

This trip starts with a boat journey from Another Place - The Lake, Hotel then we travel up the lake to Kailpot Crag at the foot of Hallin Fell. 

We will moor the boat in a quiet bay on the Southern shore of Ullswater. After a short would through a stunning woodland, we'll have a gentle swim around Kailpot Crag. There is an option of a higher jump into the water during this trip, which is great fun for all. Once we are out of the water, we will follow the Ullswater Way for a few hundred metres back to the boat for a ride back to the jetty at Another Place - The Lake.

This is a great adventure for those wanting to visit a secluded and stunning part of the lake and have some fun jumping in as well.  Suited for both individuals and family groups for a swim adventure!
